In-Studio Classes
Pilates fusion
Mon and Wednesday 9.15am
Join me for a 45 minute full body workout that fuses ballet barre technique with pilates, yoga, musicality and movement. Bring a water bottle, yoga mat and your own 1kg weights if you have some.
Cost $20 casual or $40 a week

Custom Classes
One-on-One
Join me for private 1 hour classes in-studio (in Auckland) or online via Zoom. I can tailor the class to your preferred barre style, level or targeted area.
Cost is discounted if you bring a friend, and I offer a discount if you purchase 5 classes.

Office Classes
My barre and pilates sessions are a great team-builder and can offer wellness and stress relief for your employees. If you are located in Auckland I can come to your office or if your team are working remotely we can do these online via Zoom. Classes are tailored to all levels and physical abilities making them fun and accessible for anyone. Pricing depends on group size and your location.
